If you have problems signing in to IXL:
- Make sure you are sign out of all Google/Gmail accounts, except for your Westside account. Being logged into more than one Google/Gmail account can sometimes cause a problem.
- Don't just type IXL in the search bar. Make sure you are using the sign-in page for Westside's IXL, https://www.ixl.com/signin/westside66 and then use the Sign in with Google button.

If you can sign in to IXL, but the pages aren't loading:
- Try using Safari instead of Chrome.
