When you Launch SOS For the first time you will need to allow Screen recording for us to view your screen!
1. Click Allow on "Screen Recording"
2. it should show SOS in the box please check the box
3.
Once you check the box it will ask you if you want to quit the program, hit later
4. Give the Tech the 9 digit code that appears in the box 5 minutes before the scheduled meeting.
