To install a school-issued application

Open the Manager application to find the installers.

If you teach classes then click on Self-Service, at the top-right of the Manager window, and choose My Apps to find the installers.

To install your own applications from the Mac App Store

Open the App Store, found under the Apple menu icon.

Click Sign In, found at the bottom of the Store menu.

To install applications that are not in the App Store

Currently, you'll need a member of the Westside technology team to enter an administrator password when the installer asks for one. In the not too distant future, we hope to roll out the option to temporarily grant yourself administrator privileges so that you can install applications without visiting tech support.
