2. Troubleshooting steps:
-Don't launch PowerUp from its app icon on the Home Screen. Instead, use the Clever icon, choose sign in with AD (if needed) and then look for the Lexia PowerUp icon on the Clever page.
-Make sure the iPad isn't in low power mode (yellow battery icon). Turn off low power mode in Settings>Battery and toggle off the Low Power Mode setting.
-Quit (swipe closed) any other open apps
-Check the Apple ID section of the Settings app and make sure it's not asking for the Apple ID to be verified.
-Make sure the wi-fi section of Settings is not showing the "No Connection" error under the network name.
-Restart the iPad.
-Update the iPadOS if an update is available (Settings>General>Software Update).
