The attached PDF and the video linked below show what to check for before launching the NWEA app to take an NSCAS or MAP test on an iPad. Checking for these things will greatly reduce your chances of encountering technical problems before, during, and after an NSCAS/MAP test.
If you've removed the non-English languages from your keyboard settings and the NWEA app still alerts you to a keyboard language issue then the video linked below will show you how to get around that alert. You may also need to disable Sticky Keys in
Settings > Accessibility > Keyboards > toggle off Sticky Keys. If the trick in the video doesn't work, you may need to turn the iPad off, back on, and then try the trick in the video.
