If your iPad says there is no Internet connection even though it shows you're connected to a Wi-fi network...

Doing one or more of the following will usually get the Internet connection going again:

Possible solution #1 - Toggle the iPad's Wi-Fi off and back on under the Wi-Fi section in the Settings app.

Note: Student iPads may be restricted from turning off their Wi-Fi.

Possible solution #2 - Toggle the Private Wi-Fi Address off or on.

Possible solution #3 - Turn the iPad off and back on.
There are a few ways to turn off the iPad:
- Settings > General > Shut Down > move slider to turn off
- Hold down both the top button and the volume-down buttons until you see the slider appear to turn off the iPad
To turn the iPad on, hold down the top button until the Apple logo appears
